House has a nice concrete pad for a back porch. This leads into the kitchen
door, and driveway pulls righ up to the pad so it is easy to carry your groceries
inside. This is a wonderful shady spot to sit and enjoy the tremendous views
of the Continental Divide.
House is surrounded by a forest of natural trees. This is the backyard looking

There is room in back for RV and extra parking. There is also a small garden
spot with good sun, and well built soil. Garden has not been used for a few
years, but was put to rest with tons of mulch so the soil is rich, fertilized
and ready to go.
Shed has a nice workshop addition for extra storage and a nice work space.

and rodent free.
